Cang Long was a minor character in The Holy Pearl series. He was the King of the Dragons, one of the Four Great Sacred Animals in the Three Realms and father of Wen Tian and Wu Dao. He fell in love with the former princess of Shu, who bore him Wen Tian. He is shown in a painting in his tomb with her while she holds the infant Wen Tian.
Cang Long is based off of The Inu no Taisho, a character from Rumiko Takahasi's work, Inuyasha. Like the Inu no Taisho, he was a mighty demon who fell in love with a human and they had the main character.
